    The Role

    Have the joys of being able to float between babies, toddlers and the kindy room.     Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;

    • Lead the program, complete documentation and evaluations of children’s experiences and learning
    • Regularly monitor the environment and actively maintain safe, clean and well-maintained premises
    • Engage in professional and respectful communications with families
    • Contribute to the philosophy and actively live the values of our service
    Qualifications and Experience
    • You must hold a Diploma qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
    • Current Working with Children Check*
    • Current Child Protection course*
    • Current First Aid and CPR*
    • Current anaphylaxis and asthma management*
    • Thorough working knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
    • Thorough understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach
    • Experience leading a team and providing a high-quality program

    *Must currently hold or be willing to obtain (we can assist with completing the relevant courses)
